The food is very good, the staff is nice and competent, only the menu is a bit confusing as it is full of advertising.

We were there for breakfast. Was delicious and plentiful (we had the "special breakfast"). The staff was friendly and attentive. We wish all employees and those responsible that they get through these difficult times well.

Is and remains our most popular meeting place in Neumünster. No matter what time of day we were here, we were always served very friendly and courteous. The food is so varied and delicious and we always feel welcome.

The visit to the Klatsch Palais was more than good! The hygiene regulations were strictly adhered to, the distance to other guests was correct, the food was tasty and something to look at, so very nicely decorated. The service is friendly, no long waiting time from ordering to serving. I will gladly come again!

The food tasted great. Kind condition. Fast provision of the food. Price performance ratio was also good. So I can only recommend it to people.

Was very tasty and cozy .. beautiful light magic in the city. The fries that you have to order with the schnitzel (or something else) are very well arranged for 2.70.

On the whole a restaurant where you get most of the food. Not terrific but not bad either. The waitresses are always very friendly and the cocktails are usually very tasty. To sit somewhere nice & have a good time very suitable, but as a restaurant rather average.

Great place and service in the heart of the city .

Cozy and delicious. The breakfast is good and you can also eat warm dishes there. A small suggestion would be that e.g. Also makes sauces fresh, because unfortunately you can taste the powder mixture there. Nevertheless, price / performance is okay and we like to go there. Friendly and fast service.

Large selection, top quality and friendly service. Very attentive even after serving. Outside, at Großflecken, it is very cozy in the beach chairs, but thanks to the glass front, you also have a feeling of calm and relaxation in the gossip.

Shady place to relax after shopping on a sunny and hot day. Good view over the market square. Nice service. Wide range of different foods and drinks. Always worth a break.

A shame, it is unfortunately not possible to get smaller portions for a ventilated wheelchair user. That would also be great for small children and seniors. When we said the names of the drinks we were approached very unfriendly, we should say the numbers, that is easier. So it was only a drink and due to the tone of the waiter, I didn't want to eat any more as an escort. You don't earn any money that way.

I lived in NMS 8 years ago and really wanted to come back here. I can only say: it's still great. The food tastes good, the portions are large and simply super cooked. Should we be drawn back north, I'll definitely come by again

Sorry ... But the burger is better in every bratwurst stall! I made a bet with my companion that the waitress would not ask if everything was okay. Bet won ... If the service does not ask when you pay, it usually says a lot about the food. The burger was really good for you ... But that! Bad except for competition. There are two stars for the pleasant ambience and the service. Please reconsider the quality of the burgers! It's not rocket science to make a good burger.

We were there on a Tuesday and wanted to eat at 9pm. After we had waited some time, a waiter came and took a drink to say when ordering food that the kitchen had been closed for 10 minutes, but he asked again. (Only he did not go in to ask, but first devoted himself very, very extensively to another table with his compatriots). After that he was no longer to be seen at our table. He continued to serve other tables. Then later we just left without drinks or food or any information. He was also unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. Later we found out that the kitchen was open until 10 p.m. It used to be much better there. In the future we will go elsewhere!

It was very busy. We waited a long time for our breakfast (35 minutes after ordering). The hot drinks were brought in advance and were then of course cold. When we asked the service staff about it, they only replied that you could tell yourself that you would like to have the drinks for breakfast first. Would be in the map. No notice when taking the order or anything. The breakfast there is delicious and plentiful. But also way too much topping. The option to choose would be much better. So half of the topping has been thrown away. That's a shame! Overall okay, but it was a lot better on previous visits!

this is a great place to watch people and a great place to eat breakfast and lunch. Very central. You can park your car at Karstadt.

The outside of restuarant sitting is an excellent view to enjoy the evening for a drink and some food. Very courteous staff and quick service.

Very nice cafe with cafe good in the middle of town. Hard to find better!

Not as good as advertised. I ordered a cheese burger but it didn't even taste as one, there was barely a taste to it. Those from BK are much better and a lot cheaper. Secondly, they don't serve cocktails until 6 PM which is disappointing as they advertise as being a cocktail-bar.

This place serves great food at ok prices and the service is very good.

We visited this restaurant during the summer, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The selection of different food is great. (American, Italian, German) The restaurant was pretty full when we where there, but the service was still fast, and friendly.
